 The chassis is supported by 160 NPI cross members along the length of the bottom.

 Equipped with brake linings compliant with TÜV standards and heavy-duty special brake arrangements.

RAMPS

 Platform axis made entirely of 6mm ST52 and 10mm ST52 steel plates.
 Each platform has a fall protection system and tensioners to prevent backward movement during driving.
 The platform base is made of wood.
 Ramps have a hydraulic lifting system with safety valves on the cylinders.
 The hydraulic operation of the ramps is activated through connectors attached to the trailer.
 Ramps are mounted on a system that allows hydraulic lateral movement.

FLOOR
 50 mm thick hard wood-based floor with diamond plate steel covering.

PAINTING
 Chassis and upper body are painted after sandblasting, puttying, and applying 2 coats of epoxy primer + 2 coats of acrylic paint.
 The paint color will be determined according to customer preference.
